Notice Policy

All programs require a 30-day prior to next payment notice via text message before end of business day. Should notice be given mid month, billing for the next month will proceed as normal. Classes take time and money to fill and during that time the horses and ponies of our program continue to consume resources and require care. This policy allows us to keep prices lower for everyone. There will be no refunds.

Weather Policy

Similar reasoning to our notice policy – our overhead remains the same no matter the weather. We will provide unmounted lessons during mildly inclement weather in which ground horsemanship skills will be taught. In the event of extreme weather, a make-up lesson will be provided if scheduling allows. There will be no refunds.

Missed Classes

If you or your child must miss a class please let your instructor know. In the case of private lessons, a makeup lesson MAY be provided depending on instructor availability. Group classes missed cannot be rescheduled. There are no refunds.
